SHARED THEME DESCRIPTION
People exceptionally talented in the Futuristic theme are inspired by the future and what could
be. They energize others with their visions of the future.
YOUR PERSONALIZED STRENGTHS INSIGHTS What makes you stand out?
Chances are good that you sharpen your ideas about the future by spending time with
possibility thinkers. These individuals regularly talk about inventions, medicines, designs,
technologies, or food supplies that no one else has even considered. By nature, you might feel
more enthusiastic about life if you spend a lot of time imagining what can be done in the coming
months, years, or decades. Perhaps you consider things you, your team, your organization, your
community, or your country could accomplish. It’s very likely that you occasionally work hard on
pondering the future and what it might offer. Perhaps this type of laborious thinking consumes a
large part of your waking hours. Driven by your talents, you might invite into your life or give
your approval to a broader range of personalities than some individuals do. Perhaps your
interest in people frees you to concentrate on what can be accomplished in the coming weeks,
months, years, or decades. Because of your strengths, you are innovative, inventive, original,
and resourceful. Your mind allows you to venture beyond the commonplace, the familiar, or the
obvious. You entertain ideas about the best ways to reach a goal, increase productivity, or solve
a problem. First, you think of alternatives. Then you choose the best option.
SHARED THEME DESCRIPTION
People exceptionally talented in the Activator theme can make things happen by turning
thoughts into action. They want to do things now, rather than simply talk about them.
YOUR PERSONALIZED STRENGTHS INSIGHTS
Depending on the order of your themes and how you responded to the assessment, some of your themes may share
identical insight statements. If this occurs, the lower ranked theme will not display insight statements to avoid
duplication on your report. 1142317098 (Jasmine Katatikarn) © 2000, 2006-2012 Gallup, Inc. All rights reserved.

What makes you stand out?
Driven by your talents, you typically take the lead. You seldom wait for orders or directions from
people in positions of authority. You probably operate on the premise that it is better to ask for
forgiveness than to ask for permission. Using this approach, you have delivered impressive
results and reached important goals. It’s very likely that you want to be in charge. As soon as
you have made up your mind, you are eager to get started. People who interfere with your
progress probably irritate you. Chances are good that you energize others so they feel
enthusiastic about a position you have taken, a conclusion you have reached, or an innovative
idea you have proposed. As soon as you resolve to do something, you typically announce,
“Let’s get started right away. We can do this!” By nature, you are comfortable telling others
stories about your personal habits, qualities, experiences, or background. Your forthcoming
nature probably enables others to share their thoughts and feelings with you. Because of your
strengths, you notice that people heed your demands. What you say and how you say it can
even frighten and threaten people. You probably have used this effect to influence individuals to
do what you want.
Relator
SHARED THEME DESCRIPTION
SHARED THEME DESCRIPTION
People exceptionally talented in the Relator theme enjoy close relationships with others. They
find deep satisfaction in working hard with friends to achieve a goal.
YOUR PERSONALIZED STRENGTHS INSIGHTS What makes you stand out?
It’s very likely that you bond with and work well with people who tell you what they want to
accomplish in life. Instinctively, you may feel better about your life when some individuals solicit
— that is, ask for or request — your views about particular topics, proposals, or plans. Because
of your strengths, you may enjoy activities when things makes sense. Perhaps you gravitate to
tasks where facts, events, processes, or ideas are methodically outlined. Chances are good that
you thoughtfully select your friends. You avoid rushing into relationships. Once you trust and
care about someone, the individual probably seeks your counsel. Driven by your talents, you
might be a better trainer when you can coach individuals who have a strong desire for victory.
Perhaps you invest a lot of energy and time helping teammates excel or work well with the
group. To some extent, you are eager to be on teams that outperform every opponent.
SHARED THEME DESCRIPTION
People exceptionally talented in the Focus theme can take a direction, follow through and make
the corrections necessary to stay on track. They prioritize, then act. (<—— not sure i do this
now, but I want to believe i do it!!)
YOUR PERSONALIZED STRENGTHS INSIGHTS What makes you stand out?
By nature, you sometimes include things you need to do better, repair, revise, edit, renovate, or
upgrade in your weekly performance goals. Chances are good that you might look forward to
days when you can make decisions about what to do and how to do it. To some degree, drifting
haphazardly from one day to the next or from one year to the next makes you uncomfortable.
Why? Maybe you need to monitor your progress to avoid wasting time on the wrong activities.
It’s very likely that you sometimes set goals for the week. These might prevent you from being
drawn off course by each day’s demands. Instinctively, you occasionally direct your attention
toward ideas, issues, situations, or opportunities that stir your curiosity. You might devote more
time than others do to exploring topics, problems, prospects, possibilities, or techniques that
pique — that is, arouse or excite — your interest. When something has to be completed, you
may be eager to acquire the necessary knowledge, experiences, or skills needed to meet the
challenge. Driven by your talents, you sometimes may be bothered by people who wander
aimlessly from one activity to another or from one idea to another. Perhaps you prefer
collaborating with individuals who know what they want to accomplish in the coming weeks,
months, years, or decades. When they understand how they are going to reach each objective,
you might be more inclined to partner with them.
SHARED THEME DESCRIPTION
People exceptionally talented in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced
with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.
YOUR PERSONALIZED STRENGTHS INSIGHTS What makes you stand out?
By nature, you may notice that multiple solutions to nagging problems just pop into your mind.
Sometimes you study each option from many different angles. Perhaps you carefully evaluate
the entire situation, then choose the alternative that makes the most sense. Why? Maybe you
aim to outscore or outperform your rivals. Chances are good that you may see solutions before
other people know there is a problem. You might start formulating answers before your
teammates, coworkers, or classmates understand the question. Sometimes you generate
numerous ideas before sorting to the one that makes the most sense in a particular situation.
Instinctively, you might feel satisfied with life when your innovative thinking style is appreciated.
You might pinpoint trends, notice problems, or identify opportunities some people overlook.
Armed with this knowledge, you may devise alternative courses of action. By evaluating the
circumstances, available resources, and potential consequences of each plan, perhaps you can
select the best option. Driven by your talents, you may be attracted to assignments that demand
original and inventive thinking. In some cases, you track down new ideas, facts, or data. Your
out-of-the-box thinking might challenge some people to abandon, or at the very least to
question, specific conventional practices. When you cause one or two of them to suggest
options, maybe their need to protect the status quo will be replaced by a desire to gather more
information. It’s very likely that you periodically identify problems others fail to notice. You might
create solutions and find the right answers. Perhaps you yearn to improve certain things about
yourself, other people, or situations. Maybe you are drawn to specific kinds of classes, books, or
activities. Why? Maybe they promise to give you the skills or knowledge you seek.

my ideal day …
My ideal day would start around 7am and I would get to workout. Then start work by 9am. For an hour I would catch up and respond to emails. Then for the next to 2 hours I would use this time to brainstorm ideas/campaigns and outline new concepts. In the afternoon I could meet up with a dedicated team and we would have collaborative brainstorms and conversations. In post-covid time I would also add having in person meetings and/or traveling to a conference. I would have plenty of opportunities to take breaks throughout the day.
