Today, we were so lucky to have a full day at Birch Roasting House in Long Island City with Roast master Jayson to learn everything about coffee. I recommend anyone who is interested in coffee to take one of these courses if it is offered in your area. Today we did a boot camp of coffee – from cupping, home brewing & barista training!
I always respected a good barista before, but after this day I think they are amazing! Respect your barista – what they do is definitely a talent.
