- How can I reduce my stress and anxiety in the morning?

A HA ! MOMENT! - I want to actually spend time with them – they are the priority not getting to work on time
- Reframe: how do I decrease stress and anxiety in the morning?
- Be “okay” with not getting to work on time every day .. give myself some slack. .. I’m getting my work done and that is what matters, not that I come in right at 9 am
- Nothing is perfect!
- But – at this point this is perfect, imperfect versions
- Side notes:
- Still planning on adjusting sleep schedule – more time in the morning with them!
